Overview

KMD18026 chair has a block-style frame made from wide, flat aluminum sections in a dark powder-coated finish. Aluminum does not rust, so the frame suits outdoor use near water. The arms and legs join into one shape, which makes the chair look solid and gives it a firm structure. Vertical slots cut into the legs give the block shape a lighter look. The chair comes with a light beige seat cushion and a back cushion. Both have a high-density foam core and a waterproof outdoor cover that resists UV light and fading. The covers can be removed for washing, and the foam is available in standard or quick-dry type. It can be bought as a single chair or placed around an outdoor dining table for villa terraces, pool decks and seaside restaurants.

Benefits

Show Villas and Real Estate Sales Galleries
Developers often furnish a show villa terrace to help buyers picture daily life. The block-style frame and beige cushions give a calm, modern look that suits many interior styles. Buyers can sit down and test the cushions, and the aluminum frame is easy to clean after many visits. Matching quantities can be ordered for the whole project.

Penthouse and Apartment Sea-View Terraces
Upper-floor sea-view terraces have little storage space, so owners want seating made for outdoor use. The aluminum frame handles sun and damp air, and the waterproof covers can be taken off and washed. One chair can serve as a quiet lounge seat, or several can surround a small dining table. The square shape looks tidy in a small space.
