Aluminum Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets KMO1310

KMO1310 storage cabinet uses a powder-coated aluminum frame with a sintered stone slab top, built as a three-tier open shelving unit without doors. Kingmake operates an 18,000㎡ self-owned manufacturing facility in Foshan and supplies OEM/ODM aluminum outdoor furniture for hospitality projects in over 100 countries. The aluminum frame does not rust in outdoor conditions, and the stone slab top resists heat and scratches from everyday food preparation or serving items. Each shelf level is open on the front and sides, allowing dishware, glassware, baskets and serving trays to sit visible and reachable. The cabinet suits outdoor kitchens, poolside bar areas and patio serving stations. Contact us for size and finish options.

Overview

This cabinet combines a black powder-coated aluminum frame with a light-colored sintered stone slab top, forming a three-shelf open storage unit raised on four legs. The top slab is a manufactured stone material rather than natural quarried stone, giving it a flat, non-porous surface that does not absorb liquid spills the way untreated wood or unsealed stone would. The aluminum frame uses horizontal support bars across each shelf level instead of solid side panels, keeping the structure open on three sides for airflow around stored items. This shelving format is designed for placement near outdoor kitchens or bar counters, where dishware, drinkware, serving boards and woven storage baskets can be organized across the three open levels within reach of a cooking or serving area.

Benefits

Stable Base for Outdoor Kitchen Prepe
Because the top uses sintered stone rather than wood or laminate, it can support direct contact with citrus juice, oil bottles or a cutting board during food prep without staining or swelling. This makes the surface usable as a working counter next to a grill or outdoor kitchen island, not only for display.

Rust-Free Frame for Poolside Placement
Aluminum does not corrode from splashed pool water or chlorine exposure the way untreated steel frames can over time. Placed beside a pool or outdoor bar, the frame's powder coating adds a further barrier against moisture contact, which supports placement in areas where furniture is regularly near standing water.

1. Frame Material & Durability

KMO1310 uses Kingmake’s 6063 aluminum alloy, known for its strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance—widely regarded as the best material for outdoor kitchen cabinets in high-humidity or coastal locations. The powder-coated surface adds an extra layer of weatherproof protection and is available in 18 colour options, ensuring both longevity and design flexibility.

2. Flexible Interior Shelving Configuration

Choose from multi-tier open shelving for high-speed service workflows or wide-format tiers to accommodate oversized cookware and storage containers. This adaptability makes KMO1310 suitable for both compact rooftop stations and full-scale resort kitchens.

3. Diverse Material Options for Top & Base

The standard GRC countertop provides high heat resistance and impact durability. Optional upgrades include quartz or premium stone finishes for operators seeking a more luxurious look. Base finishes can also be customized to match surrounding outdoor kitchen islands and architectural elements.

4. Weatherproof Performance Engineering

All materials—from the aluminum body to the GRC surface—are selected for full outdoor exposure. The slatted base enhances airflow and drainage, preventing mold and moisture accumulation. Powder coating prevents oxidation, ensuring these weatherproof outdoor kitchen cabinets withstand years of outside operation.

5. Branding & Project Matching

For multi-property hospitality groups, we offer colour matching, logo placements, and coordinated material libraries for consistent FF&E execution across resorts, cafes, and beach bars.

6. Maintenance & Care

Cleaning requires only a mild soap rinse—no special treatments. Aluminum surfaces resist corrosion from salt and chlorine, while GRC counters tolerate direct heat and heavy scraping without damage. The open format eliminates hidden corners where food debris typically collects, cutting cleaning time dramatically.

7. Packaging & Global Shipping

Each unit is protected in export-grade cartons with reinforced corners. For large-scale projects, stackable configurations maximize container capacity. Our logistics team supports FOB, CIF, or door-to-door international delivery.

8. Warranty & Compliance

KMO1310 includes a 5-year structural warranty and is produced under commercial-grade QC checkpoints. Material documentation and project submittals (colour charts, load tests, finishing specs) are available upon request.
